Buttermilk
Fried Chicken

Hopscotch’s beloved fried chicken is marinated for three days in buttermilk and potato starch then fried under pressure until it’s impossibly crispy and simultaneously moist and juicy.

Rotisserie Chicken

Kyle’s obsession with rotisserie chicken led him on a decades long journey in search of the finest recipes and ingredients. Springer Farms birds are seasoned to perfection, marinated for days, then slow roasted until succulent and falling from the bone.
